Welcome to Year 4 (2022-2023) with Mr Hasler, Mrs Downie, Mrs Callow

Our Summer topic is the Romans. We will explore the fascinating world of ancient Rome and discover the culture, traditions, and way of life of the Romans. In our Science topics we will be learning about living things and their habitats, as well as electricity later in the term. Swimming continues on a Tuesday!

We have also recently completed a three-day residential trip to Eskdale, where we experienced many exciting and adventurous activities. During this trip, we learned the history of the Romans in Britain and the battles between the Celtic tribes. We also worked together as a team and developed new skills that will be useful for our future learning.
