Welcome to Year 1

Spring Term

Our topic this term is 'Animals around the World.' We have already completed our science topic and are experts about a range of animals including, pets, birds and reptiles. We have looked at many different features of the animals and written 'what am I?' books. We look forward to going on safari and travelling to the Arctic. We will compare the different habitats and discuss how the animals have adapted to survive there.

Don't forget in Year 1 you need:

* Your PE kit in school everyday and outdoor kit on a Thursday

* Your reading books in school everyday

* A purse with snack money in if you want snack
